Our story so far...

ima360 is heading into Year 3 — still small, on purpose.

When we started, the bet was simple: Salesforce delivers real value when it’s paired with genuine partnership, not just project delivery. Two years in, that bet has held up. The team has grown to 20+ focused on client success has achieve 5 star reviews across Energy& Utilities, Finance and Nonprofit Sectors.

Where the standard comes from Before ima360, I spent 7 years inside Salesforce and 18 at IBM, running enterprise engagements across Japan, New Zealand and Australia. That’s the level of rigour this work is built on. We just don’t carry the overhead that usually comes with it — no bench of account managers, no layers between the person who understands your org and the person making decisions. Clients get the same standard for a fraction of what the big SIs charge for it.

Why not us? There’s no rule that says enterprise-grade thinking has to come from an enterprise-sized invoice, or that it has to be delivered out of a capital city boardroom by someone who’s never met your team. Australian businesses — the ones actually building this country’s Energy, Insurance and Nonprofit sectors — deserve the same calibre of partner the big end of town takes for granted. We think that partner can be a Melbourne-led team backed by genuine global delivery, not just the big four.

What’s working Every sector we’ve worked in so far — Energy & Utilities, Insurance, and Nonprofit — has given us 5-star reviews. Three for three, including clients who came to us after a large global SI and noticed the difference immediately. That’s not a lucky streak; it’s the same question applied consistently: how do we help this client get more out of what they’ve already invested in? That question doesn’t care what industry it’s asked in — which is exactly why we’re confident it travels well beyond the three sectors we’ve started in.

The model is proving out We started as strategic advisory plus managed services. It’s become something more — helping clients run BAU efficiently enough that they have real budget and capacity left over to invest in AI, particularly Agentforce. This is the shape of where we’re headed.

Growing deliberately, not conventionally We’re now a team of 20+, with a strong offshore delivery centre doing a lot of the heavy lifting — that’s by design, not a compromise. The next step is building out local Australian leadership — we’ll be looking for a tech leader and a growth leader here in Australia in the coming months. Not people who want a big-name badge. People who want to help a smaller team keep punching above its weight.
